Solutions
Automation solutions, not a product catalog
We work across five solution categories and a network of 100+ manufacturers. Every recommendation starts with your application — not with a product line we're contracted to sell.

Autonomous Mobile Robots
AMRs navigate using onboard sensors and mapping software rather than fixed infrastructure, so they adapt to changing layouts, dynamic obstacles, and evolving SKU mixes without repaving the floor.
We specify AMR platforms based on payload, cycle time, and how often your floor plan changes — not on which manufacturer we're contracted to move. For facilities with seasonal layout shifts or growing SKU counts, AMRs typically outperform fixed-path systems on flexibility per dollar.
Best fit for
- Facilities with frequent layout or SKU changes
- Mixed human and robotic traffic on the same floor
- Phased rollouts that scale fleet size over time

Automated Guided Vehicles
AGVs follow fixed or virtual paths with high positional accuracy and repeatability, making them the stronger choice for stable, high-volume routes where the same movement happens thousands of times a day.
Where AMRs trade some precision for flexibility, AGVs trade some flexibility for precision and throughput consistency. We help you decide which trade-off fits your operation — and in many facilities, the right answer is a mix of both, coordinated through a single fleet management layer.
Best fit for
- Stable, repeatable transport routes
- High-volume production or distribution lines
- Applications requiring precise, repeatable positioning

Forklift AGVs
Automated forklifts handle palletized loads — lifting, stacking, and retrieving — across racking systems and dock areas without an operator, reducing labor dependency in your highest-frequency material movement.
Forklift AGVs are typically the highest-ROI entry point for warehouse automation because pallet movement is so labor-intensive. We evaluate your racking configuration, aisle widths, and load specifications before recommending a platform, since fit here directly determines uptime.
Best fit for
- High-frequency palletized load movement
- Narrow-aisle or high-density racking
- Operations looking to reduce forklift operator dependency

Custom Automation Equipment
Purpose-built mechanical systems for applications that don't fit a standard product — engineered from your process requirements rather than adapted from an existing catalog item.
Some applications genuinely don't have an off-the-shelf answer — unusual part geometry, non-standard cycle requirements, or a process no supplier has automated before. We engineer to the requirement, sourcing fabrication and components from our network as needed.
Best fit for
- Applications with no standard equipment fit
- Non-standard part geometry or process requirements
- Operations with unique throughput or footprint constraints

Turnkey Automation Projects
Full project delivery — consulting, design, equipment sourcing, integration, installation, commissioning, and support — under one contract and one point of accountability.
For facility-wide upgrades or new-build automation, managing five vendors and three integrators yourself adds risk and timeline. A turnkey project puts one team, and one team only, accountable for the outcome from first consultation through years of operation.
Best fit for
- Facility-wide or new-build automation projects
- Teams without in-house automation project management
- Projects spanning multiple equipment categories and vendors
