End-to-end project management, under one contract
Consulting, design, integration, installation, and support are usually split across several vendors. We run them as one project, managed by one team, from first consultation through years of operation.
Automation Consulting
Before we recommend equipment, we assess whether automation is the right move at all — and if so, where it will return the most value first.
This includes a floor and process assessment, throughput and labor-cost modeling, and a feasibility review against your budget and timeline. The output is a clear picture of what's worth automating now, what should wait, and roughly what it will cost — not a sales pitch for a specific product.
Solution Design & Equipment Selection
We specify the equipment for your application from our network of 100+ manufacturers, evaluated against your requirements rather than a preferred vendor list.
Equipment selection accounts for payload, cycle time, footprint, integration complexity, total cost of ownership, and long-term parts availability. You get a specification and a recommendation you can evaluate on its merits — including why alternatives were ruled out.
System Integration & Engineering
Controls engineering, safety system design, and software integration that make equipment from multiple manufacturers operate as a single, coordinated system.
This is the technical core of what we do. Our engineers handle PLC and controls programming, safety certification, WMS/ERP integration, and fleet coordination software — the work that determines whether a collection of equipment actually functions as a system.
Installation & Commissioning
On-site deployment managed by the same team that designed the solution, through startup, testing, and operator handoff.
We schedule installation around your production calendar, manage subcontractors where needed, and run commissioning against the performance criteria defined during solution design — so acceptance is based on measured results, not assurances.
Maintenance & Repair
Preventive maintenance programs and responsive repair service from local U.S. technicians, for equipment we've installed and for existing systems we didn't.
Unplanned downtime on a production or fulfillment line is expensive by the hour. Our maintenance programs are scheduled around your operating calendar, and our repair response times reflect the fact that our engineers are based in the U.S., not overseas.
Technical Support & Training
Ongoing technical support and operator/technician training so your team can run day-to-day operations confidently without waiting on us for every issue.
We train your operators and maintenance technicians during commissioning and provide ongoing technical support after go-live — troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation paths for issues that need deeper engineering involvement.
Global Procurement
Sourcing across our manufacturer and supplier network to secure competitive pricing and lead times without you having to manage international vendor relationships directly.
Our global sourcing reach covers equipment, components, and spare parts across manufacturers most facilities have no direct relationship with. You get manufacturer-level pricing and availability through a single U.S. point of contact.
Lifecycle Support
Spare parts sourcing, system upgrades, and long-term technical support for the operating life of your automation systems — well beyond the initial installation.
Automation systems are multi-year investments, and manufacturers change their product lines over that time. We track parts availability and upgrade paths across our network so aging systems stay supportable rather than becoming stranded assets.
One team, from consultation through commissioning
Tell us what stage your project is at — we can start at consulting, or step in mid-project if you already have equipment selected.
